Francesca Butti was born in Rome on 8.11.1969 and graduated with honors in law from the University of the Sapienza of Rome in 1994.
She has been a lawyer since 1997 and a defence conselor in the Court of Cassation since 2010.
She has worked within the Casellato Law Firm of Criminal Attorneys since 1996, working primarily both in judicial and extra-judicial activity matters of business and commerce penal law, bankruptcy, banking and financial crimes, environment protection, offenses against the Public Administration and against the judicial administration, as well as crimes against the person and their estate.
Additionally, she performs assistance and consulting services on penal matters relative to the Ord. 231/01 disciplinary on corporate “penal” liability both in the phases of orchestrating organizational models and in the phases of updating and maintaining these models.
