Andrea Bertolini was born in Gorizia on 25.10.1963 and graduated in law from the State University of Milan in 1986; he has been a lawyer since 1990 and a defense counselor in the Court of Cassation since 2008.
He has worked within the Casellato Law Firm of Criminal Attorneys since 2007, dealing primarily with penal matters involving corporations, banking, bankruptcy, excise and revenue, urban planning and the environment.
In particular, he deals with the penal aspects of medical liability.
He performs consulting for businesses, corporations and organizations for penal law matters and also regarding liability matters as provided for by Ordinance 231/2001.
